Ooh...Tuesday Tipple: The Citrus Marmalady
Whilst in Chester last year we stayed at the truly amazing Oddfellows hotel, a unique find in the Tudor town. The hotel has an eclectic mix of styles from indoor trees, dining tables on the ceiling, typewriters on the walls to the height chart in the garden.

Why did we think we were so cool making crushed ice drinks for our friends? Now all grown-up, there's still nothing more refreshing than a frozen drink and I hope even Mr Frosty himself would approve of this tipple! A great and fast alternative to an appletini.....

Ooh....Tuesday Tipple! The Maltese Falcon
During our recent trip to Malta this summer I was delighted to see my favourite cocktail the Maltese Falcon was still on the menu at 120 Bar. A sharp, citrusy drink made with the local liqueur Bajtra which gives it a delicate pink colour. Here's how it's made....
