During our recent trip to Malta this summer I was delighted to see my favourite cocktail the Maltese Falcon was still on the menu at 120 Bar. A sharp, citrusy drink made with the local liqueur Bajtra which gives it a delicate pink colour. Here's how it's made....
1 measure Bajtra
1 measure Limocello (or any lemon liqueur)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.....
....and then pour in the Vodka, Bajtra and Limoncello. Shake vigorously until well frosted and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with lemonade to taste.
